Pineapple Polish "Hidden Gems" trio review

Today I have three gorgeous polishes apart of Pineapple Polish's "Hidden Gems" trio to review.

Pineapple Polish was created in 2016 by Jessica Drew.
I have been obsessed with nail polish for as long as I can remember and as I was introduced to indie nail polish, I had a desire to create my own unique polishes. All my products are 8-free, cruelty free, vegan and hand-crafted in Australia with love. - Jessica Drew.

First up I have "Tourmaline", a stunning coral pink polish with scattered blue glitter and a gorgeous shimmer. This polish was opaque in two smooth coats. Application was effortless as it self levelled well and had a great brush size. It had a perfect formula that dried very quickly.
Tourmaline is such a unique polish! The pink base, shimmer and glitter come together perfectly, leaving a stunning finish.
This polish will be released on Pineapple Polish's website on Boxing Day for a special of $5, however after Boxing Day it will be the regular price of $8 (either way it's a bargain!).

Next up I have "Amethyst", a beautiful amethyst purple polish with scattered holographic glitter. This polish was opaque in one-two easy coats. Application was effortless, courtacy of the perfect formula which self levelled well and dried very quickly. It also had a great brush size.
I have taken two photos of Amethyst, one showing one coat and the other showing two coats. How many coats you apply depends on what finish you're looking for. One coat leaves a more glittery finish, whereas two coats leaves a fuller, less glittery finish.
This polish will be released on Pineapple Polish's website on Boxing Day for a special of $5, however after Boxing Day it will be the regular price of $8 (either way it's a bargain!).

Last up I have "Aquamarine", a gorgeous aqua polish with scattered green glitter. This polish was opaque in two smooth coats. Application was effortless due to the perfect formula which self levelled well and dried very quickly. I didn't have to clean up around my cuticles as the brush size was easy to paint with, which is a huge bonus! However, this polish did faintly stain my cuticles when I removed it as it's so pigmented, but with a bit of acetone and a cotton bud, it was off in no time.
Aquamarine dried slightly textured as an effect of the glitter, which gave it a stunning finish. I know I may say this a lot about different colours, but this is my favourite blue polish I own! Whenever people ask me what my favourite colour is I can never describe it, but this colour perfectly shows it.
This polish will be released on Pineapple Polish's website on Boxing Day for a special of $5, however after Boxing Day it will be the regular price of $8 (either way it's a bargain!).

I was extremely impressed with Pineapple Polish's trio! This was the first time I've tried their polishes, and they've set extremely high standards. Each polish had excellent formulas that were chip resistant without any top coat. I commend Jess (maker of Pineapple Polish) for creating her polishes 8-free, cruelty free, vegan and hand-crafted (she doesn't even use an electric mixer!). Her polishes are also affordable, selling at only $8! I would definitely recommend her polishes as they are 8-free, cruelty free, great quality and affordable.
As I've mentioned, Pineapple Polish are having a Boxing Day sale where their polishes will be reduced to only $5, so make sure you set a reminder to have a look at her items while they're even cheaper than usual!
